With a 2 Year Protection Plan for Kindle Fire HD 8.9" 4G, you will receive protection against accidental damage such as drops or spills for up to two years. In the 2nd year, your coverage extends to protect against failures that occur during normal operation. This helps avoid the inconvenience and costs associated with a broken device. The plan stays with the device even if it is gifted or sold to another party.

1. Coverage Against Accidents Accidental Damage covers any accidents that happen during normal use of the product. While most service plans cover basic mechanical malfunction only, this plan covers your Kindle Fire HD for accidental mishaps such as drops, liquid spills, cracked screens and other human errors for up to 2 years. 2. Express Replacement Should your Kindle Fire HD need to be replaced, we will ship a replacement unit to you along with a prepaid shipping label for you to send the defective unit back to us. No shipping fees apply.
3. Battery Replacement One-time claim for battery malfunction in the second year of coverage.

5. Returns & Refunds Customers may cancel their contract at any time for any reason if they have not filed a claim. If the contract is cancelled within 90 days of the date purchased and does not have a claim the customer will receive a refund of the full purchase price of the contract. If the contract is cancelled thereafter and there are no claims, the customer will be refunded the remaining days of coverage on a monthly prorated basis.
6. No Deductibles or Shipping Fees No hidden fees, you will not be required to pay a deductible or shipping fees for claims or replacements.
7. Your Contract will be Emailed to You After purchasing a plan you will receive your contract via email within 24 business hours and a paper copy via US mail within 7 business days.
8. Fully Transferable Your coverage is fully transferable at no cost. Simply call (877) 441-3836 and an agent will walk you through the process.
9. What's Covered From day one, you will have protection for accidental damage such as drops, spills or cracked screens. In the first year, the manufacturer warranty covers electrical and mechanical failures.
